This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home With Confy Fold down FUTON in Livingroom is truly a Classic Built in the Early 1900s. The livingroom has the Futon, But Max 6 people Fire codes! a full size Leather couch, chair and ottoman and a Leather Recliner for you relaxation. It also has a folding table and four folding chairs for playing games or working on the many puzzles down in the livingroom area. It was at one time the BAT CAVE POST OFFICE and you will enjoy it’s roomy charater. The TV has Direct TV 46 in.HD.
With the Newly remodeled Modern Kitchen which Features Granite counter Tops & all the Modern ammenities, cooking for your family is a joy. We also kept the Old time feeling in the home which allows you to get back to the good life that was easy, Relaxing and Peacefull from days past.
The complete inside of the home is all rough cut Pine Boards on the Ceiling and Walls just as it was Built so many years ago. NOTE It has had Central Heat & AIR upgrades installed & the walls were Insulated in 2008. What was once just a summer home, and now is upgraded for all seasons. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented). |
